Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 90 days. Order records are retained as required by applicable tax and commerce laws. Contact form submissions are retained for 1 year.

Data Deletion

You can delete your tracking data instantly using our self-service tool: Delete My Data. This removes all page view, click, scroll, and A/B test data associated with your browser. Order records and inquiry submissions are retained as required by law.

You may also request deletion by emailing privacy@dropsofterroir.jp. We will process requests within 30 days.
