Shipping
All orders are shipped from Napa, California, United States. We ship to select countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations and rates are displayed at checkout when you enter your delivery address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and the number of bottles ordered. The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. Promotional codes may include free shipping on qualifying orders.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable charges before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of wine and the regulatory requirements governing the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction with the product.
Damaged or Defective Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive a defective product (e.g., corked wine), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order reference number. We will assess each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a failed age verification at delivery, or a refused shipment, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We are not obligated to reship or refund undeliverable orders.
